Original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

Customized or personalized clothing items
Clearance or final-sale products
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
A damaged product
A defective product
An incorrect item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed and must follow the return process.
